Northern Property Management wanted a new logo to upgrade and unify their brand look. The company is a well established northern Michigan business that specializes in maintaining luxury vacation, and second homes for wealthy visitors.
The look needed to establish trust amongst the ideal client base already established, while working to attract a small, select group of similar clients. The client was described as someone who enjoys luxury and the finer things, but that would ultimately be looking for that feeling of a northern Michigan escape. Therefore, the look needed to evoke elegance without being too opulent or modern.
We determined that an updated, sans-serif type fit the company feel, and that an emblematic seal gave the logo a well deserved sense of history and integrity. The emblem also highlights elements of the area that their ideal client so enjoys.
